Craig Murphy — Managing Director
Born in Australia, Craig worked within the shipping Industry for many years becoming a skipper on survey ships that gave him a unique and in depth knowledge of Asia's Cruising Grounds. Moving to Phuket some 15 years ago Craig became very involved with the development of Phuket into the pleasure boat centre it has now become. Utilising his experience and extensive local knowledge, Craig formed Max Marine Asia Ltd in 2004 which has developed into a leading distributer and yacht broker for many brands including Bayliner and in 2006 he was appointed the exclusive distributer for Sunseeker Asia in Thailand.
Iain Davie — Sales & Service Manager
Born in the UK, Iain managed various businesses in the UK and USA until his love of boats took over. An experienced skipper, Iain has been involved with Sunseeker for many years, both in the UK and in the Mediterranean. Coming to Phuket in 2009 he is responsible for the Sales and Aftersales services that are a renowned part of buying and owning a Sunseeker all over the world.
Paul Stamp — Sales Executive
Born in the UK, Paul spent many years racing yachts around England and northern Europe. Gaining his skippers qualification and wanting to further his career, Paul moved to Australia and became a sailing instructor. Further development as an instructor brought him to Thailand in 2004 where he continued to expand his experience as an instructor. A new family led Paul to seek a more land based career, starting as sales executive with Max Marine in 2007. He has developed a successful Trailer Boat and Rib side to the business whilst working with Craig within the Sunseeker Dealership.
William (Bill) Giles — Sales Execuive, Ocean Marina Office
Born in Australia , Bill has been a keen sailor and surfer from a very young age and has gained a wealth of experience as both Master and crew in a wide range of vessels Bill has spent the last 10 years in Thailand advising a Group of local Companies on the Design, Construction and Operation of a Fleet of Aluminium High speed Catamaran ferries plus a variety of Skuba Diving vessels.
Supranee Murphy — Office Manager
Born in Thailand, Supranee has run the administration and accounts for various businesses in Bangkok and Phuket. Having spent many years around boats Supranee is a master in navigating Thailand's legal and financial procedures providing our owners with a full boat administration service. She manages our Office and accounting systems and provides free expert advice for all aspects of boat registration, licenses and crew employment.
Joy Pattawee — Accounts
Born in Thailand, Joy looks after the accounts and invoicing side of the business. Having qualified from university Joy works very closely with Supranee to create an efficient system of accounting and financial advice both for Sunseeker Thailand and as a service for our buyers and owners.
Kathy Goschel — Charters and Bangkok Sales Representative
Born in Germany, Kathy is now based in Bangkok having attended University there. Having experienced many facets of Chartering via the five star Resorts in Bangkok and Phuket Kathy applies her experience to arrange Charter weekends away from the city and organises the Sea Trial and Lifestyle experiences for our clients testing the waters with a view to buying their first Sunseeker in Thailand.
Nu — Senior Captain & Service Team Supervisor
Born in Thailand, Captain Nu has many years as a professional Captain sailing both local waters around the Andaman Sea and further afield into Malaysia and Singapore. Nu has been a Sunseeker Captain for four years driving most of the boats here in Phuket and has developed an extensive knowledge of the boats and their systems. Nu supervises the Boat Management Team who is responsible for the Maintenance and Upkeep of the boats berthed here. He also fulfils the role of Delivery Captain, bringing the many newly purchased boats up from Singapore.
